docs: Google Analytics filtering only applies to UA #909

What is the improvement or update you wish to see?
The Google Analytics filtering section only applies to UA (which will be deprecated) and not the current GA4.
GA4 does seem to allow blocking by IP.
We should add docs to have something similar for GA4.
Is there any context that might help us understand?
It's now not clear that it applies to UA only.
