Make CASS descriptions more active

1. We should probably have a more-direct statement about what CASS (CASS’s members) do. There is a statement about “commitment”, but it’s not clear what that means. Some good action verbs would be better.
2. Stewardship is important, but so is innovation, and along with the action verbs from point (1), we can make it clear that this is about innovation (stewardship through innovation or something like that – perhaps some brainstorming today would be good).

There are similar statements at the top of the main page and the top of the About page, both of which should be addressed.
