This commit removes support for Node.js 18 and updates the minimum required version to Node.js 20. Changes: - Updated `engines.node` field in package.json and package-lock.json to ">=20". - Updated `.node-version` to specify Node.js 20. - Updated CONTRIBUTING.md to reflect the new requirement.

Node.js 18 will reach EOL on April 30, 2025. Since I am sure that no new versions of this package will be released before that date, I prefer to make this change now.
