Provide Properties Panel as own feature module #286
Description
What should we do?
As part of delivering the next version of the form-js-playground, the Properties Panel should be renderable in different contexts. For now, it's part of the form-js-editor.
The goal should be to make these components actual feature modules to be configured and used independently from the editor implementation. A spike was already conducted via #254 (comment).
Why should we do it?
Properties Panel should not be hard-coded inside the form-js-editor, but more flexible.
