Add dropdown for OASIS/Apogee events

Currently, only OASIS events are displayed.

Feature Proposal:

Add an event selector dropdown to allow switching between OASIS and Apogee events.

Ensure the UI updates dynamically based on the selected fest.

Improve filtering experience for college fest events.
