`csharpier-ignore` comment not respected in certain scopes

Output:

        someVeryVeryVeryVeryVeryVeryVeryLongVariable
    // csharpier-ignore-end
}

Expected behavior:

Respect the "ignore" comments inside of an object initialiser.
