IIO-only device support

This merge request brings several changes:

• Device discovery is not bound to the SMBus any more (though that is still the default). Instead, there are new discovery modes that search for all iio devices, regardless of their connection interface.
• Explicit support for the DHT11/DHT22/AM2302 family of sensors
• Code quality improvements
