Feature request: JMESPath expression class and utilities

Use case

To continue the implementation of the JMESPath utility we need to define the building blocks of the implementation. As a next step we need to define the JMESPath expression class and utilities used at runtime when parsing/processing/extracting data.

Solution/User Experience

All types, classes, and functions should be documented and exposed to customers via API docs.
