I for one would really appreciate having this pull request merged, as then I could use PagerSlidingTabStrip with a project of mine that uses the v4 support library. |

Support for the library support_compatibility-v7-appcompat_apklib_18. This is pretty important for support both Android Support Library and PSTS in one project. Also, this attributes conflict with HoloEverywhere.
