- bench: add rebase plan benchmark
- fix(rewrite): re-enable patch ID commit deduplication
- feat(rewrite): don't calculate patch ID if not necessary
I'm not sure how indicative of real-world usage this benchmark is, because when I improved the patch ID computation, I saw speedups of 10x in the real-world, but only 2x in the benchmark.
