Request: Add filter for list applications

We have 20 clusters, and multiple project/labels in the clusters

Can I request to add the ability to filter applications based on
- namespace
- cluster
- project
- labels
- health status
- sync status

Those filters are already available on the ui so I hope those can also come to the MCP as well
