Document BaseURL format

Everywhere the baseurl is mentioned its always a placeholder.
Im having some issues configuring the it with a base URL, either as an internal service name or as a URL.

• Please share an example
• Document it in the readme (I should be able to help with that once I have an example)

I've had the same problem. I think I can fill it in including protocol. ex) http://localhost
