[Bug][Module Name] Showing default_TAG@default_SHA as version

What happened

My apache devlake instance shows 'default_TAG@default_SHA' in bottom left corner.

Didn't notice in which version it started - for sure in 1.0.2-beta4 and is also present in 1.0.2-beta6

What do you expect to happen

Version tag should show 1.0.2-beta6

How to reproduce

Install devlake starting from first 0.1 version and then continue upgrading to 1.0.2-beta6
