dgeni: use @deletion-target jsdoc info in the docs

Recently the @deletion-target JSDoc tag has been introduced in the repository. We should be able to use that information about the deletion target and show in the docs.

We could probably surface this info in the docs by adding a title to the element that says "Deprecated"
