md-dialog-content and md-hint/md-error problem

What is the expected behavior?

Scrolling should appear after the size of the dialog will exceed 80vw

What is the current behavior?

When you use the md-hint/md-error, scrolling is always shown

This is a general issue with hints and parents that have overflow: auto. It should be fixed in #4107. I'll close this as a duplicate.
