useful for testing string output code
and removed unused STACK_TOP
the app header doesn't give us entry point and stack
needed for AIRBOT_V203
this allows the main app to setup its own vector table

working and tested on a v203 dev board
note that this only builds on windows and linux as I don't have a toolchain built for MacOS for riscv with the right options
