Unable to load '@webpack-cli/serve' command

Hello Adam.

I'd love to try out your example app. When I run `./gradlew run` I get this error:

```
> Task :browserDevelopmentRun FAILED
[webpack-cli] Unable to load '@webpack-cli/serve' command
[webpack-cli] TypeError: options.forEach is not a function
```

Would you please support me to get it run?
