Please add cache-all-crates option #67
Description
The Swatinem/rust-cache included action takes a cache-all-crates option that is handy for workflows with lots of dev dependencies. Unfortunately, this option is not included in the pass-through options mentioned in this crate's documentation. Can you please add it as a pass-through option (or clarify the docs)? Thanks!
