The DNS Integration doesn't work if you use an API Key which isn't domain-specific. It produces an error because the API wants a domain parameter which includes the zone name.

If you use a Domain-specific API key it works fine. However you obviously need a Team-wide API key if you want to issue certificates for multiple domains with a single acme.sh installation, without specifying a different token every time. (A manual process, since acme.sh stores the token in account.conf as SAVED_NANELO_TOKEN and reuses it for all Nanelo requests)

With a domain-specific key it's also impossible to issue a single cert across multiple domains like so: acme.sh --issue -d example.com -d example2.com.

Comically enough it also links to nanelo.com/docs, but this domain parameter doesn't appear to be documented either. That's not acme.sh's fault but I felt it was worth mentioning:

Good catch, @QuadPiece - thank you! I've fixed it and created a PR which adds support for team API keys!
