Did an interactive git rebase to skip the commit that added .net 9 and the "PersistedAssemblyBuilder" everywhere since it is unrelated to the array support |

PR to add array support to NodeDev such as receiving T[] as inputs. It also handles resolution such as allowing T[] to be plugged into IEnumerable.
Many many other fixes were also introduced in this PR
