Generic Set retrieval in Context only returns standard DbSet

Seems like we need some way to return an existing DbSet, that way the correct type (Normal, Tenant, or Bucket) one is returned.

The implementation for of that method in MongoDbContext probably doesn't matter too much. A MongoDbBucketSet requires additional options and a MongoDbTenantSet could provide overwriting logic via MongoDbTenantContext.

That said, your solution in #178 probably is the most fair and agnostic solution to the problem. Will look at it more closely soon. 🙂
