Add include_files option to lambda_package

out of git and npm, but still package them when you deploy

I've merged it and published a new version.

For anyone else reading this, it's definitely better to keep AWS credentials in ~/.aws/credentials locally and use the function role in production, but I can see this being useful for other types of credentials.
