Thanks for the pull request!

I've merged it and published a new version.

For anyone else reading this, it's definitely better to keep AWS credentials in ~/.aws/credentials locally and use the function role in production, but I can see this being useful for other types of credentials.

You're welcome! :) Yes, I'm using it for external API credentials in case I
open source the project.
