Refactor command methods to remove unnecessary parameters for robot pose.
- Update `getCoralIntakeCommand`, `getCoralScoreCommand`, `getRemoveAlgaeCommand`, and `getClimbCommand` to not require a supplier.
- Introduce new methods in the base class to set suppliers for scoring, intaking, and climbing positions.
- Remove the disable method from upper assembly interface as it's no longer needed.
