Next-Gen Check-in Note Label Security Code Field Empty

Description

The next-gen "Note" label has a security code placeholder in the top right corner, but the field is blank. Because this check in label is used by Rock, editing is not enabled. I'm unable to save it. I can create a copy of my own but I assume it's an oversight!

Steps to Reproduce

Edit next gen checkin label on demo server, select the Note label, click label designer, click the CODE placeholder and see that the field is empty.
