[Feature] Permission Node for User Length #3

Suggestion
Currently, there is a configuration setting for the allowable length.
Suggestion is to allow for permission nodes that let you "extend" the allowable length.
For example, if the configuration says 10 is the max length, a permission node simplenicks.length.15 can increase it to 15.
