Describe the bug

Individually read notifications are not appearing on the read notifications list

Expected behavior

Read notifications would move from the unread section to the read section

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
(Note - This requires a user to have multiple unread notifications. Admin users do not receive notifications for farms they create so this will require more than one admin account to reproduce)

1. Go to https://boilerplate-client-react.shift3sandbox.com/
2. Login as admin
3. Add multiple farms to the directory
4. Logout and login as a different admin user
5. Click the notification bell
6. Click the admin name or the farm name in a notification
7. Click Read
8. Confirm notification does not appear in read list
