Add temporary directory to verbose output of lean data download

Add the temporary directory path to the verbose output of the lean data download command.

My C: drive has 3GB of space left. My organization workspace is in my D: drive, which has 100s of GB of space left. When I try to download 4GB of data to the data directory in my organization workspace, the command fails, consumes the rest of the space on my C: drive, and outputs a message saying the machine ran out of space. I found the temporary directory was in C:/Users/derek/AppData/Local/Temp
