[Theme] Integration of Sosh theme

Description

The Sosh theme is designed in the DSM.
Its tokens are available and will be exposed through tokenator.
The Sosh theme must be implemented in the library.

Definition of Ready

• Tokenator must be updated to manage Sosh theme
• Definition of Done
• Define Dart package module for Sosh theme
• Define, like Orange Theme, ouds_theme_sosh.dart
• Add font
• Update design toolbox app to provide Sosh theme
• Update documentation about Sosh theme
• Load the icons set for ticks of chekcbox and radio, and apply colors on them (no borders)
• Review all components with Sosh theme
• Update CHANGELOG
