Mac OS seems to now be supported out-of-the-box

Coming back to this project after a few years, I was able to get everything running on my Mac M1 with no extra dependencies or changes. This seems to be because there was a switch to ImageSharp from System.Drawing.

I'm just throwing this out there, perhaps the readme can be changed to remove the Mac OS need for that System.Drawing package.
