@MathuraMG to be able to get it to work I had to re-order the functions.
The following worked:

Cmd K followed by Cmd-Up - collapses all the function blocks (all the way)
Cmd K followed by Cmd-Down - un-collapses all the function blocks (all the way)
Cmd K followed by Cmd-Left - collapses the function that you are on
Cmd K followed by Cmd-Right - un-collapses the function that you are on

I'm confused, why is the diff saying that these are added?
