Rework and simplify nfc reader code, move to os_io

Description

During io_revamp, the NFC reader code was just moved moved to io_legacy with minimal work.
This PR removes a lot of complexity that is not necessary post-io_revamp in the NFC code, and moves all the code to a separate file os_io_nfc

All public functions are now prefixed with os_io_nfc for clarity.

Changes include

• Bugfix (non-breaking change that solves an issue)
• New feature (non-breaking change that adds functionality)
• [ x ] Breaking change (change that is not backwards-compatible and/or changes current functionality)
• Tests
• Documentation
• Other (for changes that might not fit in any category)

Breaking changes

Functions related to NFC reader have been renamed for uniformity.
Since no app in production uses this API, it should not impact anybody.
