Feedback Text Input Not Working on web (mobile chrome)

Just wanted to let you know the web version, when accessing with mobile chrome on Android, the feedback Text input does not update when typing. Verified this on two Android devices, one physical, one emulator. When accessing the web version from Chrome for desktop, the text input works correctly, as does the android native version.

I've attached the version of Chrome I tested with. Thanks!

Reproduced, thanks for reporting it! Interesting that the search input fields work as expected, it's just the feedback inputs that are broken.

Quick investigation: works fine on desktop (Safari, Chrome) and iOS (Safari, Chrome), really just seems like it's Android only.
