Thank you! Tested locally, works. but there's some formatting issues we should address. Also consider placing the gateway before the tool name. 
Will need to do a bit more testing. |

I've changed the order and made the column a bit wider so it fits better (also changed it to just Gateway Name) since the header was just a bit long

This adds another column to the tools admin page overview with the gateway/server name. The slug was already pulled in the backend - just needed to add it to the UI
