propose: Preset approval guidelines #79
Description
Proposal body
We should create a set of rules (guidelines) for presets to comply with in order to get approved. I don't know currently what we should add to it, but at least we need to add an enforcement of WCAG requirements with a score of at least one A, ideally with two AA.
