This PR helps catching puzzling errors for ggshield users, where their API key contains non-Latin-1 characters. You can find the details and the puzzling error message here: GitGuardian/ggshield#101.
Since the
GGClient.__init__()can already raise aValueErrorfor invalid URLs, I opted to do the same for this case.
