A reboot block will only be added if the bootloader and firmware are not located in the same address segment.
This is made conditional on the number of non-continuous segments.

Worked a treat for TX16S. No longer required for Companion testing so just a decision on merging the "first 2 commits" |

PoC to enable Companion dev/tests without an H7 based radio.
It might be good however to merge the first 2 commits to make the existing code more robust without changing current behaviour of F4 radios.
