Experiment with putting mod files to ugc_tool wine prefix

Maybe this will help to fix

I think the same behavior applies to both Linux and Windows.

1. Config path passed with -c to ugc_tool is processed correctly no matter if it's relative or absolute.
2. ugc_tool checks if the image exists by concatenating config's location + image path. So the image's path cannot be absolute. ugc_tool doesn't proceed to step 3 if this step fails.
3. Some tomfuckery happens...

Solution

Symlink mod folder to [PROTON_PREFIX]/drive_c/mod and pass it to ugc_tool as -c "C:\mod\itemVX.cfg"
