This PR adds the ability to derive a props builder - mandatory if the component is going to be used in rsx! or html! macros.
VChild still just needs the props and the render function.
We're going to use a lot of the code from typed-builder to get our prop builder working, but strip out all the field attributes.
Eventually we'll compile core-macro with watt in the final dioxus lib.
