Vulkan issue in some Tutorials

Firstly, I'd like to offer my sincere thanks for this fantastic resource. It has been incredibly helpful. So, please consider this to be just an FYI: To wit, I have built the DilgentSamples solution from source (x64, Windows 10, RTX 3080, NVIDIA Driver v572.83) and I have found a tutorial that fails when targeting the Vulkan back end:

1. Tutorial_22_HybridRendering : fails to create Ray Tracing PSO

Exception thrown at 0x00007FFBE339B699 in Tutorial22_HybridRendering.exe: Microsoft C++ exception: std::runtime_error at memory location 0x000000174855DA80.
Diligent Engine: ERROR in Diligent::RenderDeviceBase::CreateDeviceObject() (RenderDeviceBase.hpp, 467): Failed to create Pipeline State 'Ray tracing PSO'

Yes, this is a known problem.
It is caused by the recent regression in DXC compiler. If you want to make it work, try using DXC compiler from Vulkan SDK before 1.4.304.0.
