This adds 3 variables into the main module,
enabled_cloudwatch_logs_exportsparam_log_min_duration_statementparam_log_statementThey will enable the logging in postgres and also the publishing of those logs to Cloudwatch.

Also added an output
cloudwatch_logs_paththat will contain the path of the log group created in CloudWatch.
