Collect advanced authz use cases

Follow up on #803 (comment) to collect more advanced use cases to build better filter and limits.

To provide some structure for filter examples, please add:

• Use case description
• Json example of the incoming msg
• Description of the expected outcome (can be accepted, rejected use cases)
• A jq filter on the incoming json (optional, as a declarative syntax of the rule)
