aggregate all source ids linked to a contact id in one salesforce platform message

Currently if Volgistics or Shelterluv have multiple ids linked to the same contact id, it will send a separate platform message for each combination. Modify pipeline logic to aggregate across all linked ids and modify platform message to allow multiple ids for Volgistics and Shelterluv in the same message.
