Remove conan, as that's now at https://github.com/conan-io/conan-center-index/blob/master/recipes/cli11 and it's updated to Conan 2 there. Our files are still stuck on 1.x, so let's drop them. Also removes AppVeyor, since it was only there for Conan.
