[Feature]: prompt retention policy in spend logs #13998

we use the store_prompts_in_spend_logs: true but we dont need the prompts after 2-3 days. it would be great to have a custom setting just for prompts similar to this maximum_spend_logs_retention_period: "2d" # Delete logs older than 2 days
Motivation, pitch
Our team only references prompts in logs for short-term debugging. Being able to delete them on a separate retention cycle would streamline operations and make logs cleaner
