It's impossible to stop maintaining it right now because there are already many distros based on AnduinOS. If someday I lose interest I will let the community to take over. |

I recently experienced and tried out AnduinOS for the first time. I have to say, it looks really great and could become a real alternative for Windows dropouts (at the moment, I usually recommend ZORIN).
But now I've asked myself a fundamental question: as far as I can tell, the whole thing is being built by a single developer (Anduin). That's an incredible achievement, but as a former IT project manager, my first question is: How big is the risk that the project will be discontinued because Anduin might have an accident or simply loses interest? Should I rely on a distro that is so narrowly secured?
What is your opinion?
