If possible, can you consider adding -base64 as an alias of base64decode? I will be much appreciated if I don't have to add separate filters for AG and uBO, or to open an issue ticket in FiltersCompiler.

I think that it's done automatically by using searchParams which returns decoded argument.
So rule like this:

figure-times.com#%#//scriptlet('href-sanitizer', 'a[href^="https://px.a8.net/"][href*="a8ejpredirect"]', '?a8ejpredirect')

should works fine in this case.
