Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Load or restart already running OS.
  2. Try to run AG via desktop's shortcut or Start menu.
  3. Try to run AG via icon in tray.

Expected Behavior

Application's UI opens after each of the listed actions.

Actual Behavior

Application's UI opens only after click on tray's icon. After this action, desktop and start menu start working too, but only till next system's restart.
