Exclude Wi-Fi SSID from the DNS filtering not work - Part 2 #5535

Issue Details
As mentioned here #5252
the WiFi SSID exclusion list are ignored again and DNS requests can be seen in filtering log.
It was indeed fixed in 7.20, but it's broken again. (Haven't tested 7.20.1 and 7.20.2)
Btw. the SSID exclusion list option is missing in AdGuard 8.0 Nightly entirely.
