Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:

1. Instal AG for Windows version 7.20.0. beta 1 (4904)
2. Restart PC
3. The Splash screen for AG appears.

Expected Behavior

1. Instal AG for Windows version 7.20.0. beta 1 (4904)
2. Restart PC
3. No Splash screen for AG.

Actual Behavior

With version 7.19, there was no splash screen for AG.
After the upgrade to version 7.20.0. beta 1 (4904), when PC starts it shows a splash screen for AG and I can't find a setting to disable the above mentioned spash screen.

In Labels says: "Resolution: Fixed" / "Status: Resolved" / "Version: AdGuard v7.20"

Do you mean Resolved/Fixed in version v7.20?
Because now the bug is still present.
