Minor dark theme UI issue on scrollbars background in `Filter Editor`

OS version: Windows 10 Pro 22H2 (OS Build 19045.2846)

Regarding the Dark theme, in (DNS) Filter Editor, the background of the scrollbars should always be in the foreground.
Must therefore appear on top of a selected element as well. Just like it is in the Light theme.

⇢ Filtering Log is OK in this regard.    ᴜᴘᴅᴀᴛᴇ: Not so much, actually. See result on a black line on this animated GIF (the gray ones are okayish).

I think all scrollbars should be redesigned in v8 for both themes.
